Ubersuggest competes on price, so the reasons to compare alternatives tend to be limits rather than cost. On 8 October 2026 its pricing page showed these:
- One project on the lowest plan. The Individual plan is for one website, with 125 tracked keywords per project. Business covers 2 to 7 websites and Enterprise 8 to 15.
- Weekly updates and no API. Rank tracking and site audits run weekly on every plan, and the FAQ says there are no API access plans at the moment.
- Estimated data. Ubersuggest says it uses multiple data providers to come up with estimations.
- Moving prices. The page runs time-limited offers, including a lifetime deal and “5 months free” on yearly plans, and the plan cards appeared to change with location. Its own comparison strip lists Ubersuggest at US$29 to US$99 a month. Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable, and the 7-day trial covers monthly plans only.
The nine alternatives below suit different reasons for leaving. For bigger suites, see our Semrush alternatives and Ahrefs alternatives guides.
The alternatives
1. Mangools: the easiest all-in-one
Basic is $61 a month, or $37.70 billed annually ($452.40 a year). It bundles keyword research (KWFinder), SERP analysis, rank tracking, backlinks (LinkMiner) and site metrics, plus AI Search Watcher with 500 monitored prompts. Every plan includes API and MCP access, while Ubersuggest says it has no API plans.
Basic allows 100 keyword research requests per 24 hours and 200 tracked keywords, updated weekly, with no extra seats. It costs more than Ubersuggest’s listed starting price and doesn’t list a site-audit crawler.
2. Serpstat: more projects and a site audit
Individual is $69 a month ($50 billed annually) for 5 projects, 100 searches a day, 10,000 keyword position checks, 30,000 audited pages and 50,000 export rows. It includes keyword research, site analysis, rank tracking, site audit and backlink analysis. Individual and Team offer a free trial.
The API and shared access start on Team ($129, or $100 annually). The 100 daily searches is the cap to watch.
3. Ahrefs Starter: Ahrefs data with tight limits
At $29 a month, Starter gives access to Site Explorer, Keywords Explorer, Site Audit, Rank Tracker and the SEO Toolbar. Ahrefs’ help center lists 200 credits a month, 250 rows per report, one month of history, 50 Rank Tracker keywords and 5,000 crawl credits per project. It renews monthly only and has no extra users or credit top-ups. Lite, at $129, is the next step.
4. Keywords Everywhere: pay per keyword
The extension runs in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and its traffic metrics, link metrics and prompt templates are free with no API key. Search volume, CPC and competition use credits: one credit is one keyword, and credits expire after a year. Bronze is $84 a year for 100,000 credits and one seat, and all plans are billed annually. It adds data to pages you browse, and the feature lists show no rank tracking or site audit.
5. LowFruits: find keywords you can actually rank for
LowFruits looks at who ranks for a keyword and highlights weak results. Standard is $29.90 a month ($20.75 billed yearly) for 3,000 credits, 100 tracked keywords and the Domain Explorer. Premium is $79.90 ($62.45 yearly) for 10,000 credits and 500 tracked keywords. Pay-as-you-go packs start at $25 for 2,000 credits. Credits on subscriptions don’t roll over, and the plan lists show no backlink or audit tools.
6. Google Keyword Planner: free, with conditions
Google calls it a free resource for building keyword lists for search campaigns, with bid estimates. You need a Google Ads account with a campaign set up, and accounts in Smart Mode must switch to Expert Mode. Google lists four uses: finding keywords, analyzing them, getting bid estimates and building a plan, with forecasts of clicks and conversions based on your spend. It doesn’t track rankings or audit sites.
7. AnswerThePublic: questions around a topic
AnswerThePublic is made by NP Digital, the same company as Ubersuggest. Its page lists 3 free daily searches. Starter is $20 a month, or $13.33 billed yearly, for 100 searches a month and 1,000 prompt suggestions. In the Taiwan view it showed $6.66 a month billed yearly, so check yours. Growth (up to 3 users) and Business (up to 10) raise searches to 200 and 300 a month. It’s an idea tool, not a tracker.
8. SE Ranking: when you’ve outgrown Ubersuggest
Core is $129 a month ($103.20 annually), well above Ubersuggest’s price. It covers 10 projects, 2,000 keywords tracked daily, 250,000 audited pages a month and backlink research, with a 14-day free trial. Core has one manager seat. Growth is $279 a month ($223.20 annually) for 30 projects, 3 seats and 5,000 keywords, and SE Ranking offers free migration with an annual subscription.
9. Moz Pro: guided SEO for beginners
Moz lists a $49 plan for a single website, though the pricing page doesn’t show its limits. Standard is $99 a month ($79 billed yearly) with 3 tracked sites, 300 keywords and 150 keyword queries a month. Medium ($179) raises queries to 5,000. Standard also includes 400,000 crawled pages a month and 150 tracked AI prompts.

How to choose
- Start from what you used Ubersuggest for. For keyword ideas only, Keywords Everywhere, LowFruits, Keyword Planner or AnswerThePublic cost less or nothing. For tracking and audits together, look at Serpstat or SE Ranking.
- Count projects. Ubersuggest Individual covers one website. Serpstat Individual covers 5 projects, and SE Ranking Core 10.
- Check API needs. Ubersuggest says it has no API plans. Mangools includes API and MCP access, and Serpstat adds an API from Team.
- Compare price over time. A lifetime plan is non-refundable and its price varies by country. Weigh it against two or three years of a monthly plan. Ahrefs Starter renews monthly only, and Keywords Everywhere is annual only.
- Read the price in your own country. Ubersuggest and AnswerThePublic show prices that differ by location and promotion, so check the plan cards before you decide.
